Can I use my store credit towards my closet cleanout balance?

Any clothing we're able to purchase for store credit will go towards in-store purchases or membership. We are unfortunately not able to use your store credit towards the closet cleanout service.

Can I book a closet cleanout and styling Service for menswear?

Yes, while Valhalla Resale doesn't carry menswear, we will help you cleanout your closet and provide styling advice.

Because Valhalla Resale doesn't carry menswear, we won't be able to purchase any/many items for store credit but we can haul them away.

If we're organizing a space for partners, we ask that the each person is present for the initial 15/20 minute conversation about closet set up and their portion of the closet cleanout. Each person does not need to be present for the entire project.

I'm feeling like my closet is stale and doesn't serve me ANYMORE.

We see this a lot. Whether you're now working from home or have a more relaxed work environment than before, you likely have a lot of clothes that no longer reflect your needs. While a closet cleanout will likely be an enormous help for you, a clothing membership will be a perfect complement to your newly paired down closet. With a Valhalla membership, you can rent any clothing item you like with unlimited exchanges. Instead of having to replace your wardrobe with costly purchases, you can borrow ours. We add new items every day, so you'll always have something new to wear. Plus, our personal stylists will be right there to help pick out items that work best for you.

Will you provide organizational products?

We won't bring organizational tools or products with us as each person and closet is different and we won't necessarily know what will work best for you until we see and understand your space and habits. If you know you'd like to incorporate a new tool in your closet organization, feel free to text us about it and we can discuss or perhaps suggest a product with a better fit. We can also suggest tools to purchase after the closet is organized; just let us know if you'd like suggestions.

How can I shave some time off my closet cleanout and styling appointment?

We're here to help you make your closet cleanout as fun and stress free as possible. We recommend not really worrying about prepping too much for your closet cleanout but if you would like to, there are some things that will help save time during your appointment.

Move anything that doesn't belong in the space to its home. The more space we have for the cleanout, the faster we can work. We won't be able to do this for you so it's best to have it done before we arrive.

Make sure there's a full-length mirror in the room so you won't have to leave to see your styled looks.

If you know you'd like to purge certain items, you can remove them before we arrive. If you'd like to try on for fit, feel free but you can always save ones you're unsure of for our arrival.
